”FROM THE BAY AREA TO HTOWN”
Embarking on my journey as a licensed hairstylist and makeup artist in March 2023, I enrolled in cosmetology school at Remington College and an internship program at SEPHORA. These experiences taught me about principles, values, creativity, professionalism, and self-awareness in the cosmetic retail & beauty industry as a Beauty Scholar. After celebrating my first anniversary and promotion at SEPHORA as a Licensed Beauty Advisor, I simultaneously joined an apprenticeship program as a hair assistant at Janelle Alexis Salon, where they are currently molding and developing me for a career dedicated to mastering the art of hairstyling. Now, at SEPHORA and Janelle Alexis Salon, they’ve immersed me into top-of-the-line masterclasses and live hands-on experiences, honing my skills in color theory, technique, product knowledge, interpersonal skills, creativity, and more, creating the best blend of both worlds.
My ambition extends beyond mere proficiency; I aim to shatter stereotypes and embrace the diversity of today's society by offering personalized services to clients from all cultural backgrounds. With a commitment to innovation and inclusivity, I'm poised to redefine the standards of hairstyling, one transformative experience at a time.
