Payment Terms & Policies:
Full Payment Required: All services must be paid in full at the time of
booking to secure your appointment. No deposits or partial payments are accepted.

Other Accepted Payment Methods: (Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card)
Cancellation & Rescheduling: We value your time! We ask our time is equally valued. In the event appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, contact your artist directly. Cancellations made less than 72 hours will forfeit their payment. In order to use the original payment, it may be transferred as a rescheduled appointment within 10 days from the initial appointment date. No-show will forfeit their payment and may be blocked from future appointment bookings.
Late Policy:
Client Tardiness: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, a late fee of $10 may be applied or your appointment may be cancelled at the artist's discretion.
Artist Tardiness: In the event of a delay on the artist's part, the client will be notified immediately with an updated ETA. If the delay exceeds 10-minutes the client may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or deduct $10 from service price.
