1. General Guidelines
- Consultation: A brief consultation may be conducted before your service begins to ensure we meet your needs.
- Health & Safety: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities that may affect your service.
2.Appointments Only
- No Walk-Ins: We operate by appointment only. Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
3. Deposit Required
- Booking Deposit**: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
- Payment: Deposits can be made via credit card/debit card or PayPal. An email will be provided within 24-48 hrs attached with an invoice containing detailed information with the service amount, date/time, contact information, and/or remaining balance.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to book a future appointment.
5. Late Policy
- Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this will be considered a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
6. Add-On Services
- Pre-Checkout Requirement: Any additional services must be requested and confirmed before checkout. Please discuss any desired add-ons during your appointment to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
